You can train your whole life and still get the math wrong.

Twenty-five men. One lodge in the woods, off signal, off the noise of your regular life. Saturday you build your body and your day into one machine. Sunday you take it into the field and find out if it runs. You drive home with a plan you wrote, worked, and proved in your own body. Motivation wears off by Tuesday. This holds.

SECTION 02 · THE FAILURE POINT CLASSIFICATION: DIAGNOSIS
02

You worked harder this year than last, and got back less.

More hours in. Less to show for it. So you blamed your discipline and added more discipline, and the gap got wider. Discipline was never the problem. You've been pouring effort into a machine that bleeds most of it out before it ever reaches the ground. Four things do the bleeding. One of them is costing you the most. Find it.

01 / THE TIRED ENGINE

You train, and the body that carries everything still runs on fumes. Dead by 2pm. Stiff joints. An energy tank you've never once filled to the top. A weak engine caps everything bolted to it.

02 / THE DAY THAT EATS YOU

You didn't run your day. Your day ran you, again. Busy from the alarm to the pillow, and the work that actually mattered never got touched. A full calendar bought you a full calendar. Movement is the only thing that pays, and you booked none of it.

03 / THE MIDNIGHT GUESSING GAME

Peptides, TRT, the supplements that are actually worth it. Every voice telling you what to take gets paid the second you buy it. So you guess, in a forum, at midnight, trusting strangers who profit off your fear. That's no way to dose your own body.

04 / TWO FIXES THAT NEVER SHAKE HANDS

You hired a coach for the body and an app for the day, and the two never talk to each other. So your training and your calendar fight over the same hours instead of stacking up. You paid for both and got the friction of both.

// THE REAL PROBLEM: All four trace back to the same lie. You were taught output equals effort. So you've spent years cranking one part of the equation while the rest of it divided you down to a trickle. Work harder on a broken equation and you just break faster. PressureCon XI is the one place that fixes the whole equation at once, in two days, in the woods.
SECTION 03 · THE ENGINE CLASSIFICATION: MECHANISM · FORCE FLOW (IP)
03

Your output is an equation, and you've spent years working one term of it.

I built this years ago and named it Force Flow. It's the engine the whole weekend runs on, and it explains in one line why a hard-working man stalls out for a decade. The fitness guys sell you Will and stop there. The productivity guys sell you Structure and stop there. Nobody hands you the whole equation, because the whole equation shows you exactly why every dollar you spent never turned into output. Look at it once and you'll see where it's bleeding.

Force Flow · the engine
WILL the body / your force
×
STRUCTURE
FRICTION
the day / structure over friction
=
MOVEMENT your real output

Plain read, the output equation. Will, times Structure, divided by Friction. That last word's the killer. Friction divides. You can max your Will and your Structure and still watch a high Friction number crush the whole thing down to a trickle. That's been happening to you every single day.

TERM 01 / RAISES WILL

The Body

↑ Will (the raw engine)

Will is your raw engine, and a tired body caps everything bolted to it. We rebuild the whole engine, not just the gym slice of it. You get the straight chemistry conversation from me, peptides, TRT, supplements, and I've run every one of them on my own body before I'd put it in front of a man. Nothing here is for sale. No booth, no salesman waiting to ring you up.

  • Strength, trained heavy on purpose
  • Mobility, so the engine transmits force
  • Vitality: sleep, recovery, energy base
  • Peptides, the honest read
  • TRT, when it actually fits the man
  • Supplements that earn their place, and the ones that don't
TERM 02 / RAISES STRUCTURE, CUTS FRICTION

The Day

↑ Structure  /  ↓ Friction

Will means nothing if the day bleeds it back out. Master the 24-Hour Cycle raises your Structure and strips the Friction that quietly divides you down, run through TRIM: Tribe, Regiment, Improvement, Movement. Same engine, a day built to hold it, a different man walks out.

  • The 24-Hour Cycle, run as a system
  • Regiment: the defended order that cuts the most Friction
  • Tribe and Improvement set on purpose
  • Anchors locked first, moveables filled around them
  • Movement: the test of whether the day moved you forward
  • Same hours, far more done
// THE WHOLE EQUATION: A fitness event raises one term and sends you home. A productivity seminar raises another and sends you home. PressureCon works every term in the same two days, then makes you run the result for real in the field. The output has a name. Movement. More out of the same man, in the same hours, starting the Monday after.

SECTION 04 · THE WEEKEND STATUS: SUNDAY REDACTED UNTIL SATURDAY
04

Friday sets the foundation. Saturday builds the equation. Sunday makes you prove it.

Three days, run in order, each one earning the next. Friday night you take your honest baseline and meet the twenty-five men who'll hold the line with you. Saturday you build both halves of the equation with me teaching every talk live, and you leave knowing how to run the whole thing. Sunday you stop talking and run the machine for real, out in the field, against a plan nobody sees coming. Most events end on the talk. This one ends on the test.

Attendees gathered around the fire pit under the tents during the Friday meet and greet at a prior PressureCon.
DAY 0 / FRIDAY

Meet & Greet + Baseline

Fri Jul 17 · 7PM

The group gets built before the work does. Twenty-five men in one place, and no strangers left by Saturday morning. Then you take your baseline, the honest read of where your Will, your Structure, and your Friction actually sit tonight. That number is your "before," and you won't lie to it for long out here.

DAY 1 / SATURDAY

The Machine Build + The Day Build

Sat Jul 18 · Full Day

This is the heart of the weekend. A full series of talks and working sessions where I take you through both halves of your output, in depth. The body first: the straight chemistry conversation on peptides, TRT, supplements, training, and recovery, the real protocols I run on myself, with nothing for sale. Then the day: Master the 24-Hour Cycle and TRIM, how a man runs his hours so his structure climbs and his friction falls. You leave understanding your own engine well enough to run it all year, instead of a folder of notes you forget by Wednesday.

DAY 2 / SUNDAY

Pressure Sunday

Sun Jul 19 · In The Field

You run the protocol for real. This is the day that proves the whole weekend, and the plan stays sealed until Saturday, on site. A man who knows the obstacle ahead of time gets to brace for it, and bracing is how he ducks ever finding out what he's made of. You go at your level. You find out where the floor is when your feet hit it. Bring a mouthpiece.

SECTION 05 · THE TAKE-HOME CLASSIFICATION: WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
05

Two things your money can't buy online: the men and the truth.

Forget the goodie bag. No swag table, no tote of free samples. You leave with two things that don't exist on a screen. An experience you can't manufacture in regular life, and the straight information you'll never get off a recorded course or a half-public forum where everybody's quietly selling something. Both come out of one capped gathering, off signal, with no one there to sell you a thing.

TAKE-HOME 01 / THE EXPERIENCE

The Gathering That Does Not Exist Anywhere Else

Two days isolated with twenty-five serious men, off signal, off the leash of your regular life. This is the conversation you can't have at home, at work, or in any group chat, with men who hold the standard with you instead of a crowd that wandered in.

  • Isolated, capped hard at twenty-five men
  • The conversations you can't have anywhere else
  • A tribe that holds the line, not a network
  • No vendors, no spectators, no noise, no sales floor
TAKE-HOME 02 / THE INFORMATION

The Straight Truth From The Man Who Runs It

I teach every talk myself, and the body and chemistry conversation comes with nothing for sale. That's the difference between a man telling you the truth and a man selling you a bottle. You can't get that off a recording or a forum, because everyone there has an angle, and you're the angle.

  • Me, in person, teaching every talk
  • The chemistry talk with nothing for sale, ever
  • Transparency a recording can never give you
  • Your own protocol, built to your body, yours by definition

// Some years a printed booklet goes home in your hand, the equation on paper to keep. When it's in play, it's built into the seat, never an add-on you pay extra for.

SECTION 06 · FIELD REPORTS CLASSIFICATION: VERIFIED ATTENDEES

These are the men who showed up, in their own words.

Twenty-five seats, and this weekend isn't for everyone.

Left column, this isn't your weekend, and walking now is the respectful move. No hard feelings either way.

SECTION 08 · ENLISTMENT STATUS: ROSTER OPEN · CAP 25
08

The price climbs on a clock. The roster never grows.

It's one weekend, July 17 to 19, 2026, at an isolated lodge in the Poconos, under two hours from NYC. The math is simple. The earlier you commit, the less you pay, and the roster stops dead at twenty-five. Hire a strength coach and a productivity coach for a year and you'll spend many times this, and neither one ties the two together or makes you prove it in your body. This does both, for the price of one weekend.

SECTION 09 · INTEL CHECK CLASSIFICATION: STRAIGHT ANSWERS
09

Straight answers, no runaround.

The questions every man asks before he commits, answered flat. If yours isn't here, the registration link gets you a direct answer.

What actually happens on Pressure Sunday?
This year's plan stays sealed until Saturday, on site, because the not-knowing is the test. Past years have run long ruck hikes through cold, wet terrain, jiu jitsu and MMA rounds on the mat, and physical challenges built to gas you on purpose. You go at your level. The point is to run your protocol for real, not to win.
What are the dates and where is it?
Friday July 17, 2026 is the 7pm meet and greet. The main work runs Saturday and Sunday, July 18 to 19, 2026. It is an isolated wooded lodge in the Poconos, PA, under two hours from NYC. The exact address goes to registered men only.
Is the TRT and peptide talk just a sales pitch in disguise?
Nothing is for sale. No vendor booths, no supplement salesmen, no goodie bags. You get the straight chemistry conversation from me, and I run all of it on myself, with no one in the corner waiting to ring you up.
How far is the travel, and what is included?
Under two hours from NYC. The lodge is secluded on purpose. The exact address goes out once you're registered. Lodging isn't included, and your gear-and-travel list comes with your seat.
I am not in peak shape. Will it work for me?
You build your own protocol on site. The body block and the day block run to your body and your week, so what you leave with is yours by definition. You don't copy a generic plan. You write the one that fits the man you actually are, and you run Pressure Sunday at your level.
Why is there no refund?
Paying in full to lock it in is part of the result. The men who belong out here want the line in the sand, not an exit. You're either the kind of man who commits and shows up, or you aren't. That decision is the first rep, and it's the reason you're standing next to men worth it.
SECTION 10 · FINAL ORDER STATUS: ROSTER LOCKS AT 25

Drive home with the engine fixed, the day weaponized, and the proof already living in your body.

Picture next July. One road, two men who both could've been you. One spent another year pushing harder on a tired engine, and he's got the same flat number to show for it, plus twelve months he doesn't get back. The other drove two hours into the woods, built the whole equation, ran it for real with twenty-five men who held the line, and he's carried it every day since. Same starting line. One weekend was the fork. The seat stays open until the roster fills, and which of those two men you turn into gets decided the second you click.
